IREN

NASDAQ: IREN14 sites tracked

A former bitcoin miner turning its own grid-connected sites into AI data centers. It owns every site we track for it, from Childress in Texas, where Microsoft and NVIDIA have contracted capacity, to British Columbia, South Australia and Spain. Four more Spanish sites most likely came with Nostrum, the developer it bought in June, though IREN has not named them. IREN reported more than 5 GW of grid-connected power across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific in October 2026.

What the full summary adds

  • Construction reading per campus

Each campus measured pass by pass from Sentinel-1 radar: building, flat or not yet visible, with the series behind it.

  • Pipeline over time

The stated pipeline quarter by quarter, by stage, so a slipped date or a stalled campus shows as a line that stops moving.

  • Permits & agency records

The 7 records on file in full: issuer, type, date and the document they come from.

  • Filings & milestones

24 SEC filings naming the company or its counterparties, and a dated milestone trail for every campus.

  • Every campus dossier

Radar and thermal frames, ground photographs from vetted scouts and the full news feed, site by site.
